Mick McConnell and Blue Thunder are a blues/rock band playing mainly original material from Mick McConnell's solo albums, the majority being from the 'Under My Skin' release. The band are busy playing locally and nationwide, traditionally working through the autumn and winter months and breaking for the summer. Mick is in the process of recording his third studio album and the band have a tour booked in for October and November 2026. Highlights to date include a headline slot at 'The 100 Club' in London as well as many big stage festival appearances.
